Have you looked at Dreamfields Pasta. It has only 5 net carbs per
serving. great for us diabetics

I have a recipe that uses zucchini in place of the noodles so that lasagna can be made gluten free. Zucchini is sliced either lengthwise or in rounds, about 1/4 inch thick, cooked until crisp-tender and used in place of the noodles. I don't miss the noodles and it adds more vegetables to the dish...always a plus.
