I can smell it in other people's urine (my fiance's - the bathroom always has the smell after we've had it with dinner); I can't smell it in my own urine though (and my fiance says he can't smell it in mine either).

My favorite way is...
Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees.
Soak asparagus in water for 10 minutes.
In a pyrex baking dish add asparagus the drizzle with olive oil & sea salt.
Bake for 10 to 15 minutes.

They are crisp and flavorful :o)

I love asparagus roasted in the oven by themselves for with a mixture of vegetables!
I put the vegetables in a bowl and drizzle olive oil on (about 1 tablespoon) the vegetables and sprinkle with lemon pepper. Toss well and put in oven at 400 degrees and bake for 15 minutes turn them over. Finish baking for about another 15 minutes or until fork tender.
Very Good!
