My favorite way to eat asparagus is to steam it or bake it. If I steam it, I put lemon or lime juice on the asparagus afterwards along with black pepper and red pepper flakes. If I bake it, I do the same as steam, but I do it before I put into oven.

I don't believe the last one. As another commenter said. I too can smell it from others but not my own. For years I didn't understand what everyone was talking about when they said "stinky pee" I kept thinking "Why are you leaning down to try and smell your urine". However once I entered the restroom right after my husband and boy I could smell it strong. The next time my husband went in after me and he didn't smell anything.

I can smell it in other people's urine (my fiance's - the bathroom always has the smell after we've had it with dinner); I can't smell it in my own urine though (and my fiance says he can't smell it in mine either).

My favorite way is...
Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees.
Soak asparagus in water for 10 minutes.
In a pyrex baking dish add asparagus the drizzle with olive oil & sea salt.
Bake for 10 to 15 minutes.

They are crisp and flavorful :o)
