Wrap asparagus in prosciutto or serrano ham. Lay it side-by-side in a baking dish. Scatter halved cherry tomatoes over the asparagus. Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and a sprinkle of sea salt and bake 8-12 minutes at 180c / 350f (depending how done you like your asparagus) Enjoy!

Coat with a little oil, sprinkle with finely grated parmesan cheese and grill 4-5 minutes, turning often.

I love grilled asparagus, but when I steam it, I do so for only 1 minute rather than "four".

My favorite way to eat asparagus is to steam it or bake it. If I steam it, I put lemon or lime juice on the asparagus afterwards along with black pepper and red pepper flakes. If I bake it, I do the same as steam, but I do it before I put into oven.

Sautéed in butter, lemon slice and fresh rosemary...then...shaved Parmesan on top.

Baked over cod. With dill and a little butter! Its the best.
