Matthew asks: What’s your favorite way to eat asparagus?

Thanks but this isn't really news is it. As for the smell of the urine I've heard that before and it is now known that some people can smell it ( think it is 40% of people can) as its genetically inherited at least that is the new "scoop".

Wrap asparagus in prosciutto or serrano ham. Lay it side-by-side in a baking dish. Scatter halved cherry tomatoes over the asparagus. Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and a sprinkle of sea salt and bake 8-12 minutes at 180c / 350f (depending how done you like your asparagus) Enjoy!

My favorite way to eat asparagus is to steam it or bake it. If I steam it, I put lemon or lime juice on the asparagus afterwards along with black pepper and red pepper flakes. If I bake it, I do the same as steam, but I do it before I put into oven.
