4 ways to make healthier egg salad

I put horseradish in mine, it almost makes it taste like a deviled egg but still compliments all the other ingredients. I usually put the ENTIRE egg, green onion, dollop of low fat mayo, pepper, horseradish, and mustard. I mix it very well so its creamy. I will need to try greek yogurt. sounds interesting!

It's not an ingredient, but it is important to put the eggs through a grater. The texture is greatly enhanced when the texture is consistent. Not a fine grater...

They are now saying that the fat in eggs is healthier for you.. I would rather eat a whole egg then throwing it away. You eat what it your way I will eat it my way.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!?!!!!

I like to use Tofu chunks and avocado slices with one TSP of may for flavor and one squirt of mustard along with a few shakes of pepper. The avocado and tofu add the creamy texture without the bad fat of all the mayo

i like my egg salad and its easy to prepare, nexttime i will try the cobb egg salad..
my ingredients of my egg salad are:
mayonnaise
raw red onion
cheese
white pepper and
lettuce
