I like to use Tofu chunks and avocado slices with one TSP of may for flavor and one squirt of mustard along with a few shakes of pepper. The avocado and tofu add the creamy texture without the bad fat of all the mayo

I grew up with the traditional Mayo, salt and pepper.
But now I use greek yogurt, yellow mustard, celery seed, lemon, and a ton of black pepper. The lemon pulls all of the flavors together.
