I usually eat low fat yogurt and kefir and not other probiotics, since I don't have enough information about them.Some of them are kept in fridge and some on the shelf ,and still don't know which one should I buy.In general I know their benefit ,but until get more information I will stick to natural foods.

Have just bought some fil mjolk culture so I can make my own fil mjolk....I drink it every day, but the cost is prohibitive, so shall make my own and sweeten it up with Northeast Kingdom maple syrup! I'll also be able to make creme fraiche which is impossible to find up here in the NE kingdon of Vermont. I drink it because it's delicious, it makes me feel loved, and it makes me feel well, and it makes sense to me.
