None of these are good for you because of the amount of sugar in them. Greek plain or now Evolve makes a Kefir yogurt, plain, hardly any sugar. If the sugar is high you do NOT get the benefits of the probiotics.

I'm a fan of 2% Greek yogurt. The no-fat is too dry, the whole milk Greek has way too much fat, but 2% is just right.

skimmed yogurt........while on my diet coz it keeps me fool and enjoying the real milk flavor.

Soy yoghurt :) I don't know why, I'm not vegan although I am vegetarian...
