Which is better for digestion after a big meal: taking a walk or drinking a digestif?

I think you bring up a good point within this post. It is important to find solutions in the natural way first, especially before resulting to alternatives such as digestives. Speaking in terms of myself, Going to a walk or doing some sort of physical activity to get my body moving usually helped me with any digestion issues I had and usually always made me feel better than before. Through out my undergraduate career, any type of supplements or alternatives were frowned upon and were recommended to find a natural way to substitute in its place before resulting to these options. This is a prime example of what to do in the case of digestion issues as well as supplemental solutions.
