I drink milk and use it with cereal in the mornings. I have taken Calcium supplements in the past but don't take any at all now. I believe also that you should stay away from as many supplements as you can and get what you need in what you eat.

I appreciate the calcium information that you have given for women, but why was there ZERO information given for all of the males who are also reading this?
