Chocolate for sure but also any kind of berries and herbal tea with organic honey!

I could not agree more! Food in so many subtle and not so subtle ways effects our moods. Sugar is a big one for this and is found hidden in so many foods we love to eat. Thank you for a wonderful magazine. I am a new subscriber.
