Soy would be my last choice. Everything was sounding so good until I heard soy. Soy adds belly fat. I have enough of that for many, many afternoons. I do enjoy your suggestions. This is just one I have read about and would personally avoid.

some times I eat hummus with dired okra or other kinds of dried veggetables instead of eating potato chips.
Other days it is greek yougurt with fresh fruit added and still other times it is a protien shake.
