Brierley asks: What are you doing to reduce your risk of breast cancer?

It looks like not wearing a bra goes far to enable more movement of the breast and to allow toxins to drain is a way to cut down on cancer risk so I am starting this life-style change today. After reading several articles and testimonies about how women who have fibrocystic disease can benefit greatly by going braless, I am testing out the theory for myself. It can't hurt and for many there has been a significant reduction in breast lumps and cure for this painful condition. I would encourage others to read articles on this theory and give it a try.
