This morning: 1 cup quinoa with 1/2 cup sliced peaches, 1/4 cup cottage cheese, 1 T sliced almonds, 1 T ground flaxseed, 1 Tcoconut milk, cinnamon and vanilla (+ a bit of stevia since the peaches weren't very sweet).

Okay, I find it disturbing that ANYONE would try to pass off pumpkin butter as a vegetable! It is essentially jam made from pumpkins! I think you just pointed out exactly how MyPlate can be corrupted ....just like any other program out there (WW, etc).

My breakfast this morning: 1 egg + 1 egg white scrambled with spinach and tomato, 1 slice whole wheat toast with 1 Tbsp natural peanut butter and a Black Cherry Chobani Greek yogurt.

I found it really important to have breakfast in the morning, it's like without it, I'd be running on an empty tank and not enough fuel to go forward! This morning I had a bowl of KASHI GO LEAN cereal, a cup of soya milk and 1/2 cup of blueberries. Delicious :)

Muesli with seasonal fresh fruit and yogurt. The muesli is home made, recipe from the London Ritz Book of English Breakfasts. On weekends we have a soft boiled egg, a rasher of uncured bacon or pancetta, 1/2 slice of toast, and orange juice (not from concentrate).
