Simple answer? Go vegan! You'll cut out the cetrsloeol filled dairy products you're still consuming and you'll also add a bit more soya protein into your diet which is proven to reduce cetrsloeol (25mg a day is recommended). I've been vegan for 2 years and I have to say I've lost weight and become a lot healthier in that time.Take a look at the links given for advice and nutritional information.

The problem is the soy fed beef I believe in grass fed. Secret to health avoid all wheat, dairy, soy and chemical foods.

I find the phrase "higher risk of death" a little vague. We all have a 100% risk of death. I get that read meat may hasten it, but I really don't get this 13%
