Hi, is it the milks protein, or the chocolate that is the key ingredient here?
I have cows milk intolerance, so i do not eat dairy. Their are soya chocolate drink alternatives. If i drink these, will it have the same effect on my after workout muscle repair do you think?
Cheers John

Drinking milk beverages after exercise is one of the worse things you can do...this website is just an advertisement for the dairy industry.

Whey protein has been long considered a great protein source for muscle builders. Does the chocolate enhance or contribute to the effects? What about chocolate soy milk?

Coconut Water. Full of electrolytes, and mimics human plasma.
