How can you write this article without mentioning GMO? 80% of corn is now untested GMO, which means it's DNA has been changed to include a gene which allows it to survive inundations of Roundup weed killer while everything else dies. When a gene is inserted into the nucleus of a cell, the DNA has collateral damage which causes many unknown substances to be produced which cause allergies.

I like mixing it in a field green salad with touch of garlic, carrots, and cucumbers. It is a great addition to almost any dish, salad, stand alone.

From my understand corn is NOT a vegetable, it's a grain. Either way, I love it and eat it everyday all summer long.
