I'm single so I cook corn on the cob in the microwave. I make baked potato bags from quilted fabric. I wrap an ear in a damp paper towel and cook it for 3 minutes in the baked potato bag. It's very moist and tender and delicious.

Hi,
My favorite way to eat corn is boiled for 10-15 minutes, with a little bit of butter and NO salt. I am very concerned however about the genetically modified corn we now find on the market. A pesticide manufacturer, Monsanto is running the show by imposing the Monsanto seeds to farmers and of course the pesticide ''Round Up'' which can no longer be bought by individuals in my country due to its contents. That says it all.
Mayonnaise with Parmesan cheese.
