Carolyn asks: What’s your favorite way to eat corn?

Fresh and grilled. pull back the husks get rid of the strings . rub with butter and spice rub paprika, chili powder , garlic salt, and cayenne pepper. pull husks back down over the corn , put on BBQ pit for 45 minutes roasting in the hulls. enjoy

Corn is NOT a vegetable. It is a grain. Corn is the most sugary, starchy, empty grain there is.
You’re better off with white rice. An occasional piece of corn on the cob is fine, but overall, it should not be a part of your diet if you want to "Eat Well".

off the cob first. now i make masa harina from scratch. form small patties and eat a variety of ways and foods. am vegetarian and off wheat mostly so am learning ways to use corn. caan be eaten at anytime or meal.
