My favorite way to eat corn is boiled for 10-15 minutes, with a little bit of butter and NO salt. I am very concerned however about the genetically modified corn we now find on the market. A pesticide manufacturer, Monsanto is running the show by imposing the Monsanto seeds to farmers and of course the pesticide ''Round Up'' which can no longer be bought by individuals in my country due to its contents. That says it all.

i am from Czech Republic and eat rave no cook corn direct from land since is sweet and healthy, you cant just peel it and hold with your hands and eat it a round...give it to your kids.
My American friends are eating this way now with me and love it:-)

Thank you! Corn is the best and I heard rumors that it has no nutritional value. Good to gear that isn't true.

Corn isn't even a vegetable. It's a grain...

Can someone PLEASE tell me what the dish in the photo is? It looks delicious. I've looked up corn cake, corn pancakes, and corn fritter seems to be the closest option but if someone knows where this picture came from or what it is, it would be greatly appreciated.
