So I looked at the page and it did not tell me what a 2000 calorie diet really looked like? Please help. People stare at me and make rude hurtful comments so I do not eat. I eat close to 600 calories or less a day and was told not told that, that my body is in starvation mode and I need to eat 1500-2000 calories, eek.... that is a lot of food and eating is not a great feeling because I am fat (280lbs). I was told if i ate 6 small meals a day instead of a meal every other day, or every day depending on if I feel hungry I would start dropping weight.

well i just want to stay healthy so i am checking information for this i do some exercise and i lose like 700kcal in 40 minutes so i dont do much of it coz im afraid i might lose too much im trying to get a balanced diet and some exercise so i put my body "balanced" and healthy , thou i want to lose a little of weight first.thanks for this imformation , it will help me create one, ill eat a fruit fish and some vegetebles every day sometimes meat of course.

That actually is a lot of food. I should eat no more than 1500 calories if I want to lose some weight. When I get serious about losing weight I try to stay between 1200 and 1400.
