I try to buy as much as I can find reasonably priced in organic produce, but the COST of Organic produce is next to ridiculous. How can a product that uses less to produce cost up to five times as much as a commercial product?! I am not ignorant, I am familiar with cost analysis, market demand, ROI, etc, but, come on! But, I digress. I also buy organic Carrots, as I consider them an essential in my diet, love them and can usually find the on sale for about $2.98 for a 5 lb bag. I eat them more than potatoes, so the extra expense is justified. My largest splurge on organics is for Organic, Grass Fed beef...does that qualify? Probably not, but worth it to me for the taste, and piece of mind on those infrequent instances when I'm going to consume a red meat product.

Is conventional milk likely to be contaminated with pesticide residues? Will having organic milk not have these contamination?
