I get headaches almost every other day and I've been to a doctor about it but no one knows whats wrong with me- but i've found myself a solution. the first step is optional but I usually drink water, a lot but not enough to make you feel overly full and sloshy. Lay down in a place you are comfy and square breat. Hold breath for four seconds, breathe out, hold for four seconds, breathe in. Make them deep breaths, as deep ass possible. Do this until you get bored and just lay there like you have the intent of going to sleep. It usually takes about twenty minutes and by then, I don't even realize its gone.

Sardines are very good for you because they contain protein and omega-3s but due to their small size, don't have the same levels of pollutants as big fish do. Also, they reproduce quickly and are a sustainable fish as a result.

To whiten teeth naturally eat a pink grapefruit every morning ( without sugar ) for 1 - 2 years . here's how to
eat it , without the bitter taste . Peel the pink grapefruit into individual sections , then take a sharp knife and
slice the center inside seam and peel back both sides of the skin ( of that section ) . Eat only the sweet pulp ,as it is the skin that adds the bitter taste . Remember to brush your teeth , as that much citrus acid will destroy your tooth's enamel ( which never comes back )
To relieve leg cramps in 10 - 20 seconds pinch the grissle at the middle bottom of your nose
( Accupressure Point ) , you have to push back in until you feel the grissle and by pinching it so hard that you get tears in your eyes and seconds later your leg cramp is gone . The best part is if you do this every time you get a leg cramp over the next year or two , is that your grissle stays indented and your leg cramp do not come back for years .
To rid yourself of pneumonia , get Dr. prescribed blood thinners ( warafin ) for over 1 year , this cleared my lungs after years of having pneumonia 3 + times per year . It worked for me and the pneumonia has never came back , hopefully this will work for other people too !
To relieve sinus congestion , heat water and add Zehr's ( Superstore ) or No Frills " Club Pack " California Style (or Blend ) 3 -4 TBSP's Ice Tea powder slowly as it will fizz over . Sip slowly for 20 minutes and your sinuses are both clear .

Treating Urinary Trac Infecton:
The best treatment without medications I have found is to make "celery" tea. 6 to 8 celery stalks in 4 to 6 cups boiled water (not microwaved) sip throughout the day works wonders. you can eat the celery or through it out.

I LOVE home remedies! I have a few that are my favorites on my blog at http://recession-tools.info/homemade-remedies - but my favorite home remedy for things like sore throats, sinus infections, and common colds is to drink apple juice with some apple cider vinegar in it (add some baking soda to kill the bite - just a pinch) and drink it ... :)

For a sore throat due to post nasal drip, make a tea using the entire orange, rind and all, and honey. Wash the orange, cut up in round slices, fill pot to about an inch over the oranges, boil for about 8-10 minutes. Pour the hot liquid into a coffee type cup and add 1-2 teaspoons of honey. Sip slowly and your sore throat will begin to feel better. I think what happens is when you have a cold the post nasal drip sits on your tonsils and irritates them. The tea seems to break up the mucus and you begin to feel better. I am not a doctor, just a Bubbe with lots of sore throat experience.

Have always found that nothing is as soothing to an abdominal ache or a back ache or a sore neck as a heating pad set low-medium. Feels comforting.
