Have always found that nothing is as soothing to an abdominal ache or a back ache or a sore neck as a heating pad set low-medium. Feels comforting.

what about those people who are vegetarian. who could not take omega-3 fatty because its fish oil,

I went from one blog to another trying to find what foods or drinks to have before bedtime to promote a

Ready for a surprise? After years of UTI's or pain that feels like it, I was diagnosed with "IC" (Interstitial Cystitis) And all my years of drinking cranberry juice and eating yogurt, both on a daily basis, proved to be making my condition worse! With IC, those are big triggers for "flares" of IC pain! Maybe you should check with your Dr. Becky

Drinking Cranberry Juice during a UTI actually did help me -- It didn't get rid of the infection, but it did get rid of the discomfort for much of the day.

I think if i drank coffe while having a headache or migraine it would make it worse. I like coffee but sometimes it actually gives me a headache. Well pretty much everything does give me a headache. But still i dont think coffee would work for me maybe others but not for me.
