I am a gluton free dairy sensitive vegitarian and i cook every thing at home and home make alot of my food. I have found the best breads and such are mixtures of different flours.

My wife has had severe migraine headaches over the past 4 - 5 months. An mri shows no issues. Aspirin has no effect nor ibuprofen or aleve. Just so happens my wife has been eating salmon cream cheese on a bagel every morning. Is it possible she is experiencing some type of allergic reaction from the salmon cream cheese?
