Kerri-Ann asks: What are your best tips for cooking around food allergies?

My wife has had severe migraine headaches over the past 4 - 5 months. An mri shows no issues. Aspirin has no effect nor ibuprofen or aleve. Just so happens my wife has been eating salmon cream cheese on a bagel every morning. Is it possible she is experiencing some type of allergic reaction from the salmon cream cheese?

I am allergic to shrimp and milk. Zuchinni, fresh from the garden, has suddenly become a staple along with chicken/bean soup, or just chicken and zuchinni n coconut oil with some Trader Joe's poultry seasoning. My allergy, which I believe is psoriasis, is going away.
