Read every label and buy foods without HFCS. It is not healthy in any way. It is chemically altered poison. Just as hydrogenated fat is poison. You may spend 30 minutes in the bread or cereal aisle looking for something without HFCS but you will be rewarded with real food. You cast a vote with every food dollar you spend. Vote wisely.

I am having difficulty finding pure corn syrup. Nearly all has now has HFCS as an ingredient. It's cheap and everywhere.

If HFCS does not pack a higher sugar punch that table sugar, why is low-sugar jelly made with sugar while regular jelly is made with HFCS?
