What is the correct amount? I think there is a typo.
Seaweed (nori) and kelp (wakame, kombu or dulse) are both algae, which produce some DHA/EPA. In a 1-oz. serving, you get 4-134 mg.

Will I still get Omega-3s from eggs if I am only eating the egg whites?

Don't forget flax seeds! They are the best vegan way to get Omega-3's :)
They are also great to just throw into baking, on cereal or just take a couple tablespoons of flax oil a day to get your omega-3's.
