I love sardines, especially the ones in the can that are smothered in tomato sauce. My boyfriend thinks I'm a little nuts because I like to eat these in a sandwich form instead of crackers, preferably on healthy bread...delicious!.

on toast points with melted gruyere cheese on top lightly baked in toaster oven
