I am eating sardines for breakfast, lunch, dinner. I spray a pan and heat them up and eat them with my apple for breakfast, cooked veg and salade for lunch and dinner. they are filling and make me happy. Good quality protein. I think they will be good for my skin

I found the site searching"how many sardines can you eat at a meal",I have 125 gram tins with tomato sauce,only eating one & mostly just milk thistles I cultivate with them but thought 2 may be OK. firstname.lastname@example.org Peter

Love sardines in the can skinless and boneless, honestly been eating them since I was about 8yrs old my mom turned me on to them only thing is I eat them packed in olive oil straight from the can as a lite lunch when dieting or a quick snack like now just had a tin with nothing more then some red wine I'm sipping. I would love some really good recipes to use these ill tins of yummy cause they are always in my pantry, and I like them more then tuna, but your right there seems to be a bit of silent head shaking when I tell people I love sardines in the can, they look at you funny and quickly change the subject. Glad you gave me the info I was always scared to try the ones with skin and bones thought I would chock lol. I am gonna try tossing those with pasta and for now I'm open to all recipes for the can variety, it's simply easy tasty and packs nutrition.

On a bed of greens with lemon pink salt and "Magestic Garlic" Dips i like to especially put it on watercress super healthy and yummy!
