1500 milligrams means nothing to me. Is that a quarter of a tsp. or a half??? I can't measure out 1500 milligrams each morning.

When my 13yo son developed high blood pressure needless to say I became alarmed. We have become label readers and cook almost everything from scratch. His blood pressure returned to normal and his cholesterol dropped 26 points. Now if we eat out, the food taste too salty. There are many wonderful low/no sodium products out there but you have to read labels. As a family we are all healthier.
