I like bringing in a few whole-wheat mini bagels or 100-calorie English muffins to last the week, to go with the jar of PB in my drawer.

Raw almonds and dried cranberries. Mixed together they are sweet and crunchy. Chilled is really good to.

I keep pretzels, rice cakes and sometimes some string cheese in my desk.
I would never eat something like sardines or tuna in a pouch- ugh! What a way to stink up the office! Who would do that to their co-workers? Probably the same people who burn popcorn in the microwave or have a preference for heating up last night's salmon leftovers for lunch.
