I agree with your concept about the sugray drinks. The sugars can cause considerable damage to our bodies as well as access fats and uric acid. After some digging I found that there has been research showing that the diet and the things we are putting into our bodies has is the root cause of Multiple Sclerosis. People's MS has been reversed through nutrition, physical exercise program and similar natural things. So not only does it affect Blood Pressure but it can have a much more encompassing affect on our complete bodily health. Just thought it was interesting

For a few years now I have drastically minimized and almost 100% reduced my Soda intake to 0 (It's a couple sips once a month). I am now on a 90% Plant-Based diet where I try to eat as healthy as possible and only when it is just not possible to eat well, I eat the healthiest option. I also allow myself to cheat once a week on whatever I want, but I don't always want to (having the option really helps though). Nobody's perfect but I would say I am 100% aware of all the bad sugars I decide to eat, and its not many. I lost 10 lbs in a few months and I look better than I ever did in college.

I love cake donuts , sugar in my coffee, 3 tsps. of it , since april , I cut out sugar , lost 24 pounds , iwas 148 now iam 124 just by eating right and doing new recipes from eating well my husband has lost 25 pounds also , he excersises , I can't , I have a heart condition , and still lost the inches and pounds , feel great

Through years of suffering with a chronic skin problem, recently I stoppped eating anything with refined sugar. Miraculously, I got relief. My respiractory system took a turn for the better.
Sugar is toxic for me.

Healthy food, unhealthy food, good food, bad food. I would love it if people erased these differences from their thoughts. Usually people deprive themselves of these so called unhealthy or bad foods. Deprive yourself of these so called unhealthy, bad foods (often containing that 5-letter S-word) and often a binge of greater proportion will follow. Sugar is not the villain nor is fructose or any other form of carbohydrate. Gluttony and overconsumption are the villains. Overconsumption of any nutrient can result in health consequences. Moderation is the key.
