I would like to know where your sources are. I was reading in other articles that 40% of the sweet corn crop is GMO

I think we should eat corn because it is good and healthy for you and make you grow big and strong and it gives you micrograms and no sugar and it gives you energe for joging and running and playing and helps you focus in class and helps you see better and not play around in class when you have work to do and not fail your class so your parents don't get mad and ground you for a month or a year or even wers and that is why we should eat corn.

I grow my own luscious cobs in my suburban back yard and they taste very good, juicy, fat, yellow kernels bursting with vitality and are bound to be healthy, and we eat them minutes after picking.

You say that 1 corn ear has the same amount of calories as an apple but an apple is much bigger than a corn ear and an ear of corn has less than one quarter of the sugar but again an ear of corn is way less than one quarter of an apple which must mean that an ear of corn has around a quarter of the sugar in an apple packed into one!!! Also would u say popcorn is healthy because that is just made of dried corn!!!

For some reason, corn and corn products are the only starchy foods I can digest! My glutin intolerance shouldn't preclude rice, and yet rice is no more digestible to me than wheat.
What is it about corn that makes my finicky digestive system love it so much? Whatever it is, thank heavens for it!

Definitely - not carb loaded like potato, light on the stomach, excellent for constipation and
low calorific value.................What more does a body need?
