Matthew asks: Do you think corn is healthy?

Yes, I think corn is healthy, especially the yellow variety. It's not as healthy as some of the vegetables, especially dark green vegetables, or maybe some of the fruits such as tomatoes. Incidentally, there seems to be some confusion about whether corn is a grain or a vegetable. Generally, vegetables are the stems (celery), leaves (Romain lettuce), roots (potatoes), and such parts of the plant. Fruits are the mature ovaries of flowering plants. Grains are the fruits of grasses. So, technically corn is the fruit of a grass and is therefore a grain. It's true that grocery stores do not abide by these classifications, but they're more concerned with how things are prepared for eating.

Absolutely, yes. Wash it in water in its husk, part dry it and roast in it the oven at 170 C for 30 minutes. When ready, sprinkle a bit of ground Himalaya sea salt. Let it cool right down (usually) and enjoy!
From my experience, I know it has positive impact on both left-arm and right arm blood pressure, bowel movement and energy level. Better to have it earlier on in the day though; otherwise, if you eat it regularly, you'll probably see a rise in fasting blood sugar.

I think corn is good and I love eaten corn. corn was my favorites food when I was child. they has calories a lot of protein.
