Sweet corn should be cooked at least twenty minutes in order for your system to digest it. Other wise it leaves your body in the same form as you ate it.

I think any veggie is healthy. Substitute any vegetable for that big mac and fry and you're off to a good start in being healthier.

Myths busted? Are you kidding? Do you know what's causing the obesity epidemic? I'll give you a hint, it's not laziness or calories... it's the type of "food" we eat.

Corn is a healthy meal. Kinda addicted to it though,neva a day goes by without me adding it to my meal!

In Europe the corn is food for the pigs to get them grown fast and fat. If you want look like a pig this is the food for you.

I don't think of corn as healthy because of how quickly it turns into glucose.
