I drink coconut water. Cocozia is the best! it is organic, non-GMO and very-very healthy! They also have different flavors available. For example, chocolate. My children are crazy about chocolate one.

My favorite is Naked. I love the taste, but my main reason for selecting it over any other is that it's Fair Trade Certified! I drink the 1 liter size.

I don't really have a favorite coconut water, but I do like it. I would not drink it if I did not think there was nutrition in it. To that extent, I wonder if coconut water really has so much potassium in it as it says on some labels? I've seen numbers ranging from 360 to over 500 milligrams for potassium, and potassium is something it is hard to find supplements for and that the recommended daily amount is close to 5 grams. So coconut water is a good source if the potassium numbers are right, and also if there is not too much sugar or calories, and also not too much sodium as well.
So, this article to me would be better if it did some real investigation of coconut water and what is in it rather than what it tastes like. Coke tastes great, but it will kill you sooner or later along with all that sugary diabetes-inducing crap, so maybe we ought focus on more important things - or at least discuss them once in a while.

Love the stuff and just buy whichever one is cheapest at the time(not SoBe though). I Think another benefit that is overlooked here is the alkalizing properties of fresh coconut(and all) juice , in general. Sport's drinks and even water tend to be somewhat acidic. Alkalizing the body, as I understand, is a way to help prevent disease...

I usually drink VitaCoco. I like it because it is natural unlike Sports drinks. I prefer water though....

I love coconut water for its refreshing taste and hydrating properties, especially the high amount of potassium which is great for good heart health :)

Thank you so much for this post. I thought it was as healthy as water. Now, I am 100% certain that nothing beats water when it comes to losing weight. :)
