How do I know if I should stop eating wheat?

Brierley asks: Have you eliminated gluten from your diet?

Eliminating gluten was the best thing I have ever done for myself. After countless years of doctor trips, painful tests and poor health I stumbled across an article that enlightened me to what could be wrong. After nearly 2 years of being gluten free I can say with the utmost certainty that this is the best lifestyle for me. Occasionally I will relapse (eat gluten) and feel absolutely horrid. Within an hour my stomach is bloated, I start looking puffy and the mental fog returns. The day long relapse is not worth the turmoil on my body and I often wonder how I could have ingested gluten for 20 years. A gluten free diet is great for anyone with intestinal problems, such as IBS, Crone's Disease and so on.
