Oh my goodness, this is my dream post! I have been searching and searching and couldn't find what this year's crop fo olympians are eating. I wonder if Apolo realizes those spices in the curry are anti-inflammatory....there usually is a reason things work well for athletes. And Hannah Organa....pretty insprirational (on and off the slopes). Thanks again, will retweet for sure :)

Thanks so much for all of the excellent Eating Well recipes! I subscribe to the print magazine, but I get all of my recipes from the online version and lately I have been making many new veggie recipes and baked goods too--every one of them from Eating Well!!

The athletes' food service at the USOC training center in Chula Vista CA is awesome. Excellent food, with nutrition labels displayed even for entree dishes. They train so vigorously, they need a lot of calories, and they get it from high quality food. I'd work scrubbing toilets to live there just to be able to eat there. LOL
