BLUE CATFISH FROM SABINE RIVER IN LOUISIANA AND WHITE PERCH KNOWN AS CRAPPY FISH OUT OF SAME RIVER SABINE AND BASS FISH MY FAVORITE FISHES.I BELIEVE U SHOULD EAT AT LEAST 3 TO 4 SERVINGS A WEEK.I THINK THAT IT IS VERY NUTRIONAL DIET.ANYBODY KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT WHERE MY FAVORITE FISH COME FROM? IS THIS A GOOD HEALTHY HABIT FOR ME I THINK SO.

This one time I had fresh grilled sardines served on top of homemade potato chips, dressed in a tart, very garlicky, warm vinagrette with crushed pistachios. It was a religious experience.

Love, love, love Haddock that I used to eat when I lived in Maine. Since moving to Chicago ten years ago I haven't seen it and folks here don't seem to be familiar with this fish :-(
