I am at an age 52, when I am now feeling my body is changing.
I have had 3 pairs of glasses over the past three years. I HAVE BEEN THROUGH MY MENOPAUSE NOWI HAVE HAD A SMALL LUMP REMOVED IN MY BREAST AND AM NOW ON TAMOXIFEN TABLETS TO REGULATWE ESTROGEN LEVELS.
I HAVE HAD ACHES AND PAINS IN MY MUSCLES AND SOME OF MY TEETH NOW HAVE A FALSE PLATE IN THEM. THIS HAS BEEN PRESSING ON MY GUMS AND MAKES ALL OF THEM FEEL SORE.
ALTHOUGH SOMEONE SAID I COULD PASS FOR 33 YEARS OF AGE, SOME SCHOOL GIRLS AT THE BUS STOP WERE SAYING ABOUT, BUT SHE'S OLD AND SO I TURNED AWAY FROM THEM.
MY FRIEND SAID PERHAPS YOUR FACE HAS DROPPED AND THEY ARE NOT SURE IF ANYTHING CAN BE DONE FOR THIS.
PLEASE CAN YOU POST ME ANYTHING ON FOR DIET AND EXERCISE FOR ME AND ANY OTHER INFORMATION TO HELP ME. AS I AM FEELING RATHER DOWN AT THE MOMENT.

Love the fiber. I eat a high fiber diet with salmon, chicken, avocado and squeeze in some kind of exercise when I can. I love the flax seed blend FitFlax that I get on amazon. It's delicious, and a great source of omega-3s. Flax seeds are also a great weight loss food, high in fiber, protein and minerals. In the mornings, I'll have FitFlax with Greek yogurt and berries. It's a filling, delicious breakfast. At lunch or dinner, I'll add it to salads.

i will change my diet . . but not because it will slow aging . . i'll change it to keep my self strong and healthy . . so i can enjoy my life at its best. . .
