i bake my own whole grain muffins/bread with fruit, applesauce and plain yogurt. i have a banana muffin or slice of zucchini bread with peanut butter or sunbutter before any workout. it gives you the proper fuel for sustaining energy without weighing you down.

Excellent article! These foods will not only make your workout better, but they can also increase your lung function while you are quitting smoking. Foods can help you detox, fight stress and tobacco cravings. Happy Eating.
