I'd love to see links to some of the research mentioned. Not that I disbelieve, but there is so much misinformation out there, that it's nice to be able to see the studies as well.

Pretty good list except I don't quite think that caffeine and sugar are healthy even when they are taken together. One dehydrates cells and the other feeds cancer cells. What a team!

I'm surprised that a food pairing so commonplace is not on this list...
Eating beans and rice together provides your body with every essential amino acid. No other vegetable PARING does this.

Peanut butter and 100% whole wheat bread ( neither of the two should contain hydrogenated oil or high fructose corn syrup!!!). One helps the other to complete a protein. The same thing happens when you eat beans with rice. YUM YUM. Add some cilantro onions and garlic while cooking the beans and your ready to fly!!!
