I suffer from severe migraines and recently seen a kinesiologist who had me change my diet. No breads, cereals, crackers, desserts, and a bunch of other things. He suggested snacking on nuts for energy and something healthy (along with some fruits). OMG what a difference! Not only haven't I had a migraine in 4 months, but I feel great! My skin is glowing and for the first time in a long time my tummy is staying flat! He said I can introduce those other foods back in but only a little but of them. I had some of those other foods over the weekend for the football games and I have to say - I felt horrible! I started eating better again and I feel soooo much better!
