Yes, I have tried chia seeds. You can feed them at whole foods in a variety of different flavors including
A cocoa flavor which is my favorite. I eat gluten free which is sometimes difficult to get enough fiber fro grains. I will make a concoction of chia seeds, ground fla, soy nuts and any of yor favorite nuts, seeds, dried friut and mix into cereal, yougur, or top off your oatmeal with. delioous alone also. Try and enjoy.

I love them. I punctured the holes in a salt shaker a little bigger so I could shake chia seeds over whatever I was eating. Love 'em.......

Yes. I use them for gastric reflux. It will calm an acid stomach within a couple minutes deliver me from a very painful attack. I also use them for foot and leg cramps. Again, the relief is felt within just a few minutes. I thought to try chia seeds for leg cramps because of the high calcium content.

I have used chia seeds often, in smoothies, as a pudding, and as a egg replacement in baked goods. I find they are easy on my digestive system and enjoy the nutty flavor.
