Carolyn,
I'm thrilled to have found a fellow garlic lover among the EW bloggers. Since you came out of the closet, I will as well. I'm a physician and food writer, and I have several garlicky recipes on my blog/website, www.aDoctorsKitchen.com . They include a great classic Marinara Sauce, a robust Shrimp Marinara made with the sauce, and-- this week's featured recipe-- Fennel with Garlic and Parsley. The recipes are enriched with ClickTips, embedded cook's notes that contain info on cooking techniques (e.g. Pooling Oil, which you may never have tried) and other topics (e.g. how to distinguish real San Marzano tomatoes from imposters). I think you'd get a kick out of the recipes and the supplementary material.
I hope you'll check them out.
Sincerely,
Deborah Chud, MD

I'm a physician and foodwriter with several garlicky recipes you might like that I've presented on my own healthy cooking website, www.aDoctorsKitchen.com. There's a great classic marinara sauce, shrimp marinara, and-- this week's featured recipe-- Fennel with Garlic and Parsley. I hope you'll give them a try. I don't think you'll be disappointed.
