Dark meat simply tastes better, but there's a reason for that of course (the fat). From an enjoyment/taste standpoint, dark meat wins hands-down... but from a daily healthy-eating standpoint with an eye towards increasing protein and decreasing saturated fat and refined carbs, I pick white meat every time.

dark--it's moister and doesn't dry out like white meat; I think it's tastier, too.

Dark meat is juicer and more flavourful and provides more zinc and Iron, I opt for 2 ounces of each as they both have nutritional advantages.
