I don't eat meat at all, or any animal products, since I follow a vegan diet.. and I very much believe red meat, or animal protein of any kind, causes an increased risk of breast cancer, among other things..
I'm just about through reading The China Study by T. Colin Campbell, I would highly suggest it to anyone.. fascinating research and information

Not very often. I do eat deli meats almost everyday though...you can guarantee that's changing!

To much up to three times a week, I can not eat fish or seafood..

once a week, sometimes twice.I mostly eat fish and chicken.
