Do you have any more nifty information? I am cooking a chinese dish tonight which contains garlic. Because of your other article re letting garlic needing "resting" time before tossing it into a hot pan, I will allow the crushed cloves to sit for sometime. Anyother goody info?

I got all of the answers correct, but sure wish that eating a "normal" amount of garlic would deter mosquitoes from liking me so much!
