Actually you missed Panera's Sprouted Grain breads - their roll or bagel flats are far more healthier than any of the breads mentioned above. Sprouted grain is the kind of wheat our ancestors ate before we started grinding it down to a fine powder that we eat today. Most of the breads mentioned above are refined grains that will surely spike your blood sugar before you can say boo. It is a requisite of healthy eating to know how many grams of carbohydrates there are in these sandwiches - and what kind of carbs they are, as they're an essential health - or not so healthy - item that needs to be factored in, in order to make a truly healthy choice. And that's just the bread. When you start to include the egg, meat and cheese, it can alter the impact of your carbs as well.

Your information about the Starbucks Reduced-Fat Turkey Bacon Breakfast Sandwich is wrong: it does NOT have 320 calories. It has 230 calories. Big difference.
